With deep expertise in both sales and post-sales, Malin blends sharp commercial instincts with no-nonsense leadership, consistently building high-performing teams through every stage of scale.

Kate is Head of Implementations at Planhat, bringing over a decade of experience leading post-sales delivery and customer success teams. She previously served as VP of Services at nCloud Integrators, where she scaled delivery operations and drove measurable impact for enterprise clients. Earlier in her career, Kate spent eight years at Campus Labs, progressing through roles in consulting, customer success, and operations leadership. Known for her pragmatic leadership style and data-first approach, she excels at transforming strategy into outcomes and building scalable systems that elevate the customer experience.

Grace is a CS and implementation specialist with over 8 years of experience driving adoption and operational efficiency in SaaS. At Planhat, she leads customer onboarding as Implementation Manager, bringing deep expertise in tooling, process, and enterprise systems. Prior to joining Planhat, Grace held senior roles at nCloud Integrators, where she advised enterprise clients on strategic CS initiatives, and gained deep systems and operations experience at Kronos, Red Hat, and Dude Solutions. She’s known for bridging technical and business needs to deliver measurable outcomes for teams and customers.
