At Planhat, where he has spent the past five years, he leads global CS operations—owning internal processes, tooling, and data flows to drive efficiency and revenue alignment. He previously served as a Customer Success Manager, a role for which he earnt the CSM of the Year award in 2023. Before Planhat, Gurprem spent over three years at Box, where he advanced through analyst and manager roles focused on expansion, customer ROI, and operational scale.

Jazmin is the Head of Customer Success at hackajob, where she leads a team of 8 CSMs supporting 150+ enterprise accounts across the UK, US, and India—and brings nearly a decade of experience across customer success and talent solutions. Since joining hackajob, she has progressed through three CS leadership roles, scaling programs and deepening customer impact. Previously, she spent over five years as a Senior Consultant at Robert Half, advising clients across fast-moving, high-growth industries.

Bethany is a customer success executive with over 10 years of experience scaling post-sales functions in fast-growing SaaS environments. At Planhat, she serves as a Customer Director, having progressed through multiple roles since joining in 2022. Prior to this, she led CS at both Aula and Plot as part of their founding teams, and previously managed account teams at Global App Testing. Bethany brings a rare mix of operational depth, customer empathy, and a strong belief in CS as a driver of commercial growth.
